pureftp，用filezilla链接，无法移动、更名文件/文件夹

想安装个wordpress，结果解压之后无法移动，晕咯，不知道哪里设置不对，还有就是用filezilla链接的时候，显示的信息全是乱码，谁能告诉我为什么？！谢谢！

BTW，本人用的是英文版的Windows7

好像是这么回事，可是不会修改权限，没有用过Linux，刚刚才发现上传都不允许，更晕了
