Hi,
This 100% CPU is caused by a memory leak by one of the programs you installed. Currently it's online and I've killed the process. I suggest you to back up all your data then we rebuild this VPS. Let us know how you want to proceed as one of your 3rd party program is causing this memory leak.
Remember to back up your data if you want to rebuild your VPS as this will delete all your data.

Hello,
This problem has caused due to memory leak. We have to rebuild the vps to get this issue resolved. Rebuild will delete all the current data on vps and you will get a brand new vps.
So please reply us and we will proceed with it.
