What was done with this VPS before this problem began occurring? Many commands are not working from within the VPS and the networking and SSH services appear to have been broken. I would like to try an OS reload on this VPS. If that doesn't work it may need to be deleted and recreated altogether.

环境变量问题。

ln -s   /usr/local/bin/libmcrypt-config   /usr/bin/libmcrypt-config
