貌似欧盟以外自动免税？

Under VAT rules, you shouldn't be charging VAT to a customer based outside the EU. Not sure on where they sell to though, but the basic rule applies assuming they do.

在你的manager中發個issue ticket 給客服, 說你想免除VAT. 再來就是證明你居住在國外,不在歐盟區域內. 這要看對方跟你要求什麼資料… scan後寄給他們,約一週後就應該可以免除VAT了.
