5个小时了机房还是没有给KVM，我能催催吗？？

The system locks up when trying to boot, I am able to boot the system into safe mode, but the password given does not work. Please advise.

机房的回信：
We loged into the machine and did not see the software you requested to be removed under the Add and Remove programs application in control panel. We found the program on the hard drive, but did not see an uninstall program to run under the directory. Our KVM is currently being used by another customer and he has responded saying he would be using it a bit longer. We will notify you as soon as the KVM is available.

我们登录上服务器了，在添加删除程序里面没有找到你要卸载的程序，我没在硬盘路径里面发现了这个程序，但是目录下没有发现卸载按钮。我们的KVM还被另外一个客户用着，他说还要用好一会儿。当KVM可以使用时我们马上通知你。

能不能用国产的那些卸载程序来卸载呢？
