我在美国亚马逊买了个缤特力的蓝牙耳机,收到货后发现耳麦的金属罩上有两个凹痕,不影响使用,但看起来真的挺碍眼的,就试着给AMAZON发个邮件过去反映这个问题,说这个问题,还说明我现在在中国,退货太麻烦了,问他有没有什么别的好的解决办法?
我的邮件是这样写的
I bought this Bluetooth headset that can be used normally, but it have two dent in the microphone's metal cover, you can see the picture in http://www.box.com/s/e7k05e4jc1y4rfhgikb8 , I'm in China, return is too difficult, do you have a good solution?
你们猜他们怎么回答?说我不用退货了,他会帮我申请一个全额退款!还欢迎我再去买一个蓝牙耳机,只要是亚马逊发货的可以给我免费发一天到货快递服务,我不是亚马逊会员,这个服务可要20多刀啊!是不是我英文水平太菜看错了啊,大家帮我看看,如果是真的,那作为美国的消费都就真的太幸福了
