BUYVM KVM开通了 但BOOT不起来

问题 还真多 发TK去问 这次回得倒挺快 可能是因为现在是他们的工作时间吧 但看不怎么懂 是说他们要确认他们最初安装KVM时有没有正确安装?我该怎么回复?

Has it ever been online as I am not showing a datastore in existance for your VPS but I need verification if it was ever alone before I can destroy/recreate as we were having an issue with provisioning a few days ago where kvm were not being created correctly.

大概就是问题你的kvm是不是曾经状态可以是online过。因为他那没找到你的vps的数据。他需要再验证一下好决定是不是把你现在的vps先干掉然后再重建。他们前几天的时候碰到过kvm不能正确建立的问题。。。

给他们发了一条TK 五分钟后回复VPS已经被重建 现在正常了
It is still offline, after I receive the vps information e-mail, it is always offline. no date on this vps, if recreate can make it online, please do it.
