GD账户被盗如何处理

现在已经可以证明是账户被盗取了，如何处理啊？
我已经发了ticket，可惜一直没有回信。要是冻结账户的话，需要提交什么证明才能拿的回账户啊？
要是需要提供4位pin码，而我有忘记了的话如何办理

忘记的话 只能身份证明 如果你填写的不是真实资料的话 就无解了

我靠，这么多gd账户，哪记得过来每个pin啊。居然要提供这些证明：
