被 D 后,VPS 被挂起,说24小时后自动解封,我没理他。
过了2天了还没处理,我发工单问,说要把我的 VPS 重装系统才可以解决,数据全没了,还好没有什么重要数据。
事情的真相真的是要重装系统吗 ?

Yes, you can but, I think latest templates are not enabled yet for VPS control panel. Can you please provide me VPS control panel login details.

I think I can reinstall the system by myself , please provide the OS template on the VPS Control Panel .

Yes, we had already re-installed your server with CentOS-6.8 Minimal but now SSH is working for the same VPS using port 22.
Can you please let me know did you made any recent changes in ssh configuration. Else, please confirm with us to re-install the server.

Dear Client,
23.238.234. has been nulled because the incoming DDoS attack was higher than the subscribed DDoS protection package.
Once the attack stops, the system will automatically unnull the IP and you will receive an email when that takes place on the network. On average an IP is nulled for 24 hours.
