This provides many benefits to you including true 24/7 customer support with an average response time of 30 minutes, knowledgeable staff, and your VPS being managed by a company that has been in business for 4 years now with no intentions of going anywhere.
We have noticed that there are many customers who have not made payment in some time, but still have active services. Please note that on Friday, we will begin terminating these accounts UNLESS you contact us before Friday to let us know that you wish to keep you services. Beginning on Friday, Virpus Networks, Inc. will begin to integrate TeamVPS's active customers into its system, once it has allowed enough time for those customers who have not made payment to opt to roll over into Virpus.
If you are one of the customers who has an active VPS but has not made payment and wants to keep your services, it is absolutely vital that you e-mail [email protected] with the subject "TeamVPS Keeper". In the message, please include your IP address, and the name on the account.
Virpus Networks utilizes SolusVM, a secure and advanced VPS control panel. All VPS's will be moved over to this system. It is important to note that YOUR IP's WILL NOT CHANGE! Virpus Networks uses the same data center as TeamVPS, and has made arrangements with the data center so that customers will not have to change IP's.
