专员啊，这两天怎么掉包好严重啊

以前PING掉包率只有5%，现在掉包率达到15%-20%啊，很严重啊，请问是怎么回事啊

我的IP段是 199.71.213.*  麻烦专员查一下，我可帮你们介绍了好多客户啊
