Unfortunately the VPS node you are on had a hardware issue today and the RAID array became corrupt. Despite hours of attempts to restore and fix the server the server was not restorable.
Unfortunately all data on this node was lost. We have created you a new VPS and sent you the new logins so you can upload your backups.
As a courtesy I am going to forward your ticket to billing to add a one month credit to your account for the VPS.
We apologize for the inconvenience and are taking steps to avoid an issue like this in the future.
