Burst回复了并且重新给我创建了新的VPS

Hi,
Again, I apologize for the lengthy delay and numerous issue you've had with this VPS.
At this time I've migrated your account to a new VPS node and reinstalled a fresh VPS. The new welcome details (IPs are primarily the only thing that has changed) have been re-sent to your email address on record.
Current I see that you have a pending cancellation for this VPS. Please let me know if you're able to access and use this VPS at this time and wish to keep this VPS and I'll have our customer service department reverse this cancellation for you. Also, given the issues you've had I don't see a problem with them being able to credit some days to your account as well, but I would need to discuss that with them.
Please let me know either way so I can proceed accordingly.

Thank you for your help, Burst with your presence will become better, I would like to suggest Burst increase xen Linux VPS, so Burst can get a larger market.

我20号买的，到现在也不能用，发了无数次TK，他们给我创建了一个新的invoice，但是状态是“Unpaid”，郁闷死了，你是每次创建新的TK，还是接着原来的TK回复？

一个TK就可以了开多个会合并的
