确实是网络出问题了，小鸡其实并没有关机重启之类的。

对客户的影响:到韩国北部（春川）地区的入站网络连接出现故障。客户可能无法访问控制台或使用身份云服务进行认证。对该地区的计算资源和服务的访问也受到影响。

感觉甲骨文云确实不行，但是甲骨文是软件公司啊，这些应该对他们来说都是没问题啊，可能缺少云服务经验吧！
