We will refund your unused funds via the payment systems that you used to top up your balance. This will happen within 10 business days, but each payment system has its own refund period, so in fact the money can go up to 30 calendar days, but it is usually returned faster.
We remind you that we will deduct 10% Commission from the refund amount and remove all bonuses in accordance with clause 5.5 of the Agreement.
