大概2周前，一个冲动买了2个123的vps，请问各位高人，能申请退款吗？真的很难用。如果能，tk应该怎么说。

1g. EFFECTIVE: 1/20/2011: 123Systems money back guarantee is now discontinued. We now no longer will be refunding any payments under a money back guarantee, All payments will be refunded only at the company (123Systems) discretion.
