各位論壇朋友大家好，

公司最近發現的購買YARD產品的時候，有些程序上的錯誤(BUG)。當您產品開通後登入SolusVM發現您的作業系統顯示為"Operating System: -"，這即代表作業系統安裝出錯，需要請您提交支援單(ticket)，讓技術人員來協助您重新設定。

這是一個這幾天才發現的問題，已經發生過幾次。公司現已向軟體供應商反映，並尋求解決錯誤的方法，希望這幾天內可以排除這問題。造成各位使用上的不便及困難，在此向各位致歉。

Recently there has been a bug with our automation process, if you're log into SolusVM and your OS says "Operating System: -" it means the OS creation has failed and you'll need to open a ticket to get it reloaded. This is a recent bug and occurs when multiple creations occur at the same time. We're looking a permanent resolution within a few days and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

建議支援單(ticket)內容：
It appears that my OS is not installed properly, and SolusVM displays "Operating System: -". Please help me re-install my OS, thank you.

最近升级功能变化不少

看来我遇到的就是这个问题了，不过你们说“This is an unmanaged service, please troubleshoot it via SolusVM.”
