About three days ago, the entire Elite Data Hosting team encountered a bad case of food poisoning. All of us (one sales guy, one web developer, two technicians) were admitted to a local hospital emergency room. We regrettably that this had happened and our customer services had suffered from this. We do hope to seek your understanding in this event and do please allow us time to recover from this.

Since our billing is manually managed, if you have made prompt payment and received a suspension notice within the last three days please don't worry. Your account is not suspended. We will take the time today and tomorrow to sort out all tickets.

Again, we deeply apologize for this unforeseen event. Thank you for understanding

大约三天前，Elite Data Hosting 公司成员遭遇食物中毒事件，我们都被送到当地的医院急救室，我很抱歉影响到对客户的服务，我们期待你们的理解，允许给我们时间去恢复。

因为我们的财务是手工管理，如果你已经支付了，并收到了停机警告的话（过去的三天），请不要担心，你的帐号不会被暂停，我们将在今天和明天处理所有的ticket。

再次我们位这意外的事件深深的抱歉，谢谢你们的理解。
