TOS大致的意思是，一切内容，【由用户全权负责】。任何版权投诉方，如果没有荷兰当局的有效认定，则我们不会屌你们。任何不仅荷兰当局承认的关机通知，都将被我们无情的丢入垃圾桶。我们不对网站上任何第三方提供的侵权链接负责，有事你出门右拐，谁提供你找谁去。

总结下来，这就是比较程序化的国外tos条款了。

核心意思：将来不管出事不出事，跟我没鸟关系。

对于客户：我们这确实可以随便搞，绝对抗投诉。

对于投诉方：你有本事，你找客户去，你没本事，找第三方去，你够牛逼找荷兰法院给我来个法令。不然，你爱谁谁，别tmd来烦我。
