You can use it for whatever you want including private proxies.
Do not use it for anything illegal. (Be careful what you proxy)
We will terminate your server if we get complaints from the upstream ISP.
At these prices we have no time to deal with processing complains and requesting problematic customers to stop... We may just discontinue your service.
