我就是用的上一次的0.98paypal，新注册用户。扣了0.98+0.18

不行。要重新注册新账户。。。。最好清除cookies

我也只是换了电脑，清除cookies，换ip，然后新注册的账号。paypal使用的上次那个。

重复注册不行的，换IP，cookies清零，最后注册的时候付款成功后会说不行的，最后找客服退款了。
