CVM is an open-source and free VPS panel - and not just free in the sense of no cost! CVM is licensed under the WTFPL, which basically means you can do anything with it you want.

Want to redistribute it? No problem! Want to change it and release it under another name? Sure! Want to make your own version and sell it? Sure you can!
