据说在PHP5.3.3以后已经支持PHP.ini配置
  1. [HOST=99288.net.cn]   
  2. open_basedir=/var/www/osiris/99288.net.cn:/tmp   
  3.   
  4. [PATH=/var/www/osiris]   
  5. open_basedir=/var/www/osiris:/tmp

实际测试 debian6 apt安装的php可以正常使用该功能。
