Regarding Hetrixtools being a joke, please search and understand what is RBL Listing and/or IP Blacklisting and what exactly does HetrixTools does ?
HetrixTools is not monitoring your IP Traffic, but it checks your IP in all the major Black listing Databases that black lists IP Involved in Spamming or Abuse
your VPS is being used for spamming hence HetrixTools just reports that the IP is listed in these Databases for spamming
WE SELL UNAMANGED VPS, ALREADY GAVE YOU A CHANCE EARLIER AND CLEARLY TOLD YOU THAT NEXT TIME IF YOUR VPS ARE BEING USED FOR SPAMMING WE WILL NOT REACTIVATE THEM
Just thinking that using SSH Key secures your VPS is a worse joke then IP BlackListing tools like HETRIXTOOLS
